As a Certified Personal Trainer for 15 years & a Certified Health Coach for 6 years, I have been blessed to help over 50 individuals reach their health goals. Collectively, my clients have lost over 500 pounds, while improving chronic disease diagnosis, gaining more energy, and improving quality of life. 

Kitchen Koach was established in 2017. At the time, my main service was home visits where I designed a grocery list for each client and we cooked nutritious, delicious foods in the comfort of my clients' kitchens.

In 2019, I opened Studio K- a personal training & health coaching studio- located 3 miles west of Emmetsburg, IA. Here, my clients get completely private training services, where we work together to create their healthiest life!
