I love this quote! I think about it so often these days that I wanted to share with you what I think it means in many situations. Whatever the current situation, bloom and be the best version of you!
Weight loss: The process is the reward. You not only learn where you are going but who you are in the process.
Learn to love who you are at each stage of weight loss and be the best version of yourself at every point along the way.
Relationships: Single, enjoy the simplicity. Dating, enjoy the getting-to-know-each other phase, it's a blast! Married, it will have its ups and downs but there is nothing better than having a partner to share each moment with! You get to stay who you are but you make each other much more whole.
Career: Each day, show up! That doesn’t mean walking through the doors. I mean, do your best in everything you are expected to do within your job and with each thing that is asked of you. There is no task too big or small to show your willingness to accept more and new responsibilities! Tackle each task with diligence and eagerness.
Your home: It may not be new or beautiful, but it possesses all the things and people who are dear to you. Love your home and make your home as pleasant as you can within your means. Keep it tidy, clean and uncluttered. Learn to appreciate the comfort and security your home provides. The type of home you live in doesn't say much about you, it’s how you treat your home that people notice.
School: You're finally a Freshman! Yay! You have been waiting, what seems like forever for this day! Enjoy the entry to high school and take in all you can. You’re a senior and you are ready for the next step. This is the last day of mandatory schooling. Enjoy the final chapter in this phase of your life and develop friendships and wisdom that will follow you for the rest of your life. College, this is it! You got to choose the college and your area of study. Enjoy the freedom and rewards of studying hard and earning that diploma. This is something no one can ever take away from you.
Whatever area of your life you are in, enjoy it and do the best you can and be the person you can be proud of. Life has its ups and downs and we are challenged daily, but we get to choose how to act and show up.
Bloom where you are planted!
Tip from the trainer:
Decide each morning how you want to feel at the end of the day and plan it out...schedule everything from work to family to play.
Until next time, Take care!
