I wish for all of you podcast listeners, blog readers and those of you coaching with me to be happy. I want for you more than that...I want you to find your happiness.
I have learned to appreciate the simple things in my life everyday, such as watching my dogs play, cleaning my home, the smell of fresh cut grass and the fact that I am pretty good at burpees and I actually like them! I am a good wife and mom? Why do I think this? Because I find the happy in each role.
My most recent podcast is all about what makes me happy and why.
I would like you to do the same. Write down all the things that make you happy and begin focusing on those thoughts. Before long, it will become a habit and you will always be looking for the good and positive in your life!

Favorite TV show/movie?
What is your favorite season?
What activities do you enjoy?
Who do you most enjoy spending time with?
What are your best qualities?
What do you love most about your spouse?
What do you like most about your job?
What is your favorite hobby?
What do you like about each season?
What do you do for self care?
Are some people just happy people or is this something they work at? I don’t have the perfect answer for that because there isn’t one. Everyone's idea of happiness is different and I believe some have to work at it and I am interested in yours. If you are having trouble finding “your happiness” I would love to help you!
Most of the things that make us happy are under our own roof.
