Delicious and nutritious!
I will always suggest keeping your food choices limited but healthy.
This has been my food combo of choice for quite some time now and I never seem to tire of it!
Two cups Spinach
Two steamed sweet potatoes
One bag frozen onions and pepper mixture
One package cherry tomatoes
One can black beans, rinsed
Two to three cups prepared quinoa
Two to three cups steamed broccoli
I also add any herbs I have, such as fresh basil, parsley and cilantro
I add all the ingredients to a pan and “fry” (without oil) for about 10 minutes adding hot sauce or any calorie flavoring you choose. It makes a very large portion, leaving me with about 6 to 8 meals.
